This fine antique Dutch colonial chest on stand displays an attractive wood grain with contrasting ebony star motif designs. This chest has a brass hinged lock and rests on a scroll carved shaped plinth with three drawers each one with a wooden round knob; the stand has an attractive inlaid apron and tapered baluster feet.
