Built as a palace entrance, this pair of massive antique double doors were made from teak. This pair of large 19th century doors were originally used as gateway doors for a haveli in Pondicherry, India. Doors of this size and craftsmanship were see in havelis during the 16th-19th centuries. These antique Indian door feature a carved front, with an iron grill above and an oxidized finish. This amazing door has a small wicket gate, which was used as the daily door for people to walk in.
