A rare find, this exceptional golden elm bench is quite long. A hard to find item, this Chinese bench dates from the late 18th century and features a paneled concave back and pierced carvings between rails as well as upper panels. Seat is composed of one long wood plank and has a long foot board and carved apron. This antique bench was originally used outdoor as a theater bench, it has a wonderful oxidized patina and raised grain.
