Made by the Karen tribe in Northern Thailand, this tall slim basket has a finely woven rattan body with a wood frame and carved wooden rim around the top. This antique Thai basket was used to harvest rice and collect fruits and vegetables. A lovely find with a dark brown finish and small handles on the side.
