A large masterfully inlay coffee table made from reclaimed teak wood with a rich walnut brown waxed finish. This large Anglo-Indian coffee table has an elegant design with rounded turned legs and architectural style molding below the apron. This royal Indian table features a wonderful artisanal inlaid design with a foliage ivy design with a center medallion motif across the top.
Not all inlay is created equal, fine inlay work on wood is a delicate time consuming process in which the artisans create intricate designs and patterns using small pieces of contrasting material, which are carefully fitted into previously carved out wood surfaces. This long coffee table would be Ideal to use in your living room or seating area with a traditional or California casual design.
