Most orders for small items are generally ship within 2 business days when items are in stock. However, on orders for larger items may take up to 2 weeks to ship because it takes more time to prepare and pack and we have no control over the white glove delivery companies. Upon the shipment of your items you will receive an email from the shipper with tracking information and shipping status.
We use UPS or FED EX  for all small package shipments. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday afternoon might ship as late as the following Thursday.  A signature is required upon delivery. Carriers will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. De-cor  is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you do not pick up your package. Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement by selecting the "Ship with no signature required" button at checkout. You should be aware that if you choose this option that you are releasing De-cor  from any responsibility for the package once it is dropped off at your door.
Please note, pillows with back ordered inserts will not ship until both the pillow and the insert are available.
Please note, all merchandise is manufactured overseas and the expected delivery dates on custom order or backordered items are subject to change. The backorder dates listed online are based on sea shipments (via boat). If goods are held in customs, these dates can extend. We will notify you of any backorders and an expected ship date. 
We ship worldwide, however if your shipping address is outside the U.S.A.  an e-mail or phone call will follow with the international shipping quote. De-cor cannot predict and is not responsible for any taxes or duties that the country we are shipping to might place on the shipment. The receiver of the shipment is responsible for these charges.
Please email for an estimate on furniture deliveries. We issue custom delivery quotes based on your location and the item(s) in the order.
Once you have selected a shipper, we put you in touch with them directly.
If an item gets damaged during shipment, notify the shipper immediately. De-cor  is not responsible for any damage incurred during transport.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All applicable taxes of 9% will be applied to orders within California.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund, less shipping charges within 14 days of order receipt. All items must be sent back in its original condition free from damage, stains, odors, pet hair, etc. All items will be thoroughly inspected once received.
The buyer is responsible for all fees associated with shipping the item back to you.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the wrong or a damaged item was sent.
Clearance or Sale items, modified or altered pieces, antiques and fabric by yard can not be returned and/or exchanged. They are considered FINAL SALE.
If you return $1000.00 or more in product a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your order.
All return shipments unaccompanied by paperwork will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Due to the age on our Antique and vintage items they show signs of wear, typical of objects that have been used and loved for many years. I encourage you to contact us with any questions or condition report.
