This set of 4 Anglo Indian arm chairs have a charming bleached wood natural finish with a colonial style cane seating. These royal handcrafted Indian chairs are made from reclaimed teak, with elegant turned legs annd shaped arms. The Inlay dining chairs feature a stunning inlay motif all around the chair with a pair of peacocks across each other as the main feature. Not all inlay is created equal, fine inlay work on wood is a delicate time consuming process in which the artisans create intricate designs and patterns using small pieces of contrasting material, which are carefully fitted into previously carved out wood surfaces. These set of dining chairs are a work of art, they have a luxurious bohemian feel to them and will work beautifully in a modern farmhouse or maximalist room.
